Robyn Burgin – Managing Director and Accountant

Robyn has considerable commercial experience working across a range of industries.  Being hands on in all areas of office administration through to working as Financial Controller for the Australian branches of overseas companies in Germany and the USA, Robyn has a firm understanding  that making sure that the right systems and processes are in place is critical to success.

As a qualified commercial and public accountant, Robyn’s true passion lies in helping business owners.   Having run her family’s businesses in transport and stockfeed distribution, she has a unique perspective on the challenges faced by small business owners. She is well-equipped to advise them on the most effective ways to overcome these challenges and achieve their goals.

Elaina – Office Manager and Bookkeeper

Elaina is a highly experienced office administrator working within HR and supporting senior management in the Health industry before joining the team in 2019.  Elaina is a qualified bookkeeper and while she enjoys working with our clients, she is also supports our Accountant and other team members.

In her role as our Office Manager and Bookkeeper, Elaina is committed to building strong relationships with our clients and providing excellent customer service.

Elaina works across our XERO, Quickbooks and supporting platforms, and is our social media guru and looks after our online presence and client communications.

Davinia – Senior Bookkeeper

Davinia is a qualified bookkeeper who joined the Town and Country Business Solutions team in 2020.  Having worked overseas for a number of years in both not-for-profit and commercial industries, she settled in Australia in 2010.

Davinia supports our clients, across varying industries, with her expert knowledge of XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks and supporting platforms. During tax season, she utilizes her training to assist with business and personal income tax work.

Her personalised approach and attention to detail ensure our clients day to day operations run efficiently, and she thrives on diving into some of the more complex problem solving tasks, software migrations and training.
